We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur.
All ingredients are listed for transparency. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients before use, especially if they have known allergies or sensitivities.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received before your order is shipped. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options listed at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect pricing).
Processing typically takes 2–4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. Once shipped, Relevé Rituals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information.

At Relevé Rituals, every product is crafted with intention, using pure ingredients and sustainable materials. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and delighted with your experience.
Because our products are personal care items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@releverituals.com. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.
